Questions and answers
Short, plain answers to what businesses ask us.
Where do the tenders come from?
Our researchers collect tenders from the public procurement notices, newspapers, NGO and UN websites, and directly from buyers who post on WushBids. Every tender is checked against the original source each morning.
What do I get on the free plan?
Titles, sectors and deadlines, so you can see what is out there. Full details, documents and WhatsApp alerts need a paid plan.
How do WhatsApp alerts work?
You pick your sectors. When a new tender lands in one of them, we send it to your WhatsApp the same day, plus a reminder before the deadline.
How do I pay?
Pay with Orange Money, Afrimoney or Wave to our business number, then send us the transaction reference on the Subscribe page. Your plan shows as pending until our team confirms it, usually the same day.
Can I pay for a year?
Yes. Pay for 10 months and get 12 months.
Can you help me prepare the bid?
Yes. Our team offers bid preparation, compliance documents, bid review and a submission runner who delivers your bid on time. See the Services page for prices.
I am a buyer. Can I post a tender?
Yes, free. Register your organisation, we approve it, then you can publish tenders. Each tender is reviewed before it goes live.
Do you cover Liberia and Guinea?
Not yet. Sierra Leone is live now and the other two countries are coming soon.
