WushBids is a service of Wush Investment Company Limited, based in Freetown, Sierra Leone. This policy explains how we collect, use and look after your information when you use our website and services.

We collect the details you give us: your name, business name, email address, WhatsApp number, chosen sectors, account preferences, payment method and transaction references, and documents or photos you upload. We also keep records of your saved tenders, checklist progress, enquiries and messages to our AI assistant. Basic technical information, such as sign-in records and website activity, helps us keep the service secure and working.
2. How we use your information
We use it to create and manage your account, provide your subscription or trial, send tender alerts and deadline reminders, confirm manual mobile money payments, respond to requests, and prevent fraud or misuse. Your selected sectors help us choose relevant alerts. You can manage alert preferences from your account page or contact us to stop alerts.
3. Uploaded documents and AI
Documents, photos, chat messages and relevant tender details may be processed by our AI service providers to fill tender forms, create summaries and checklists, and answer questions. Only upload information you have the right to share. Avoid including passwords, payment PINs or unrelated sensitive personal information. Review AI results before relying on them. Original tender documents attached to a listing may be available to authorised subscribers and staff. Public listing details and business contact information you submit for publication can be viewed by other visitors.
4. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal data. We share information only as needed with providers that help us host the service, store documents, send emails and messages, process AI requests, or confirm payments. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect people against fraud or harm. Some providers may process information outside Sierra Leone.
5. Security and retention
We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee complete security. We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain relevant business and payment records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove details that identify you. Backup copies may remain until they are replaced in the normal course.
6. Your choices and deletion requests
You can update your details and alert preferences from your account. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, or close your account, email contact@wushinvestment.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting. Some records may need to be kept for legal, payment or dispute-related reasons; we will explain any limits that apply.
