WushBids is a service of Wush Investment Company Limited, based in Freetown, Sierra Leone. By using WushBids, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Tender information and your responsibility
We gather tender information from public notices, newspapers, buyer websites and submissions from buyers. Notices can change or be withdrawn. Before bidding, you must verify the notice, eligibility rules, documents, fees, submission method and deadline directly with the procuring entity, and check for amendments. WushBids is not the procuring entity and does not award contracts. Listings marked SAMPLE are demonstrations, not real opportunities.
2. Accounts and the free trial
Give accurate account and business details and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. New accounts receive a 30-day free trial of the Business plan, with no card needed. After the trial, paid features require a confirmed paid subscription. A trial does not automatically charge you.
3. Subscriptions, manual payments and refunds
Subscription prices and included features are shown on the Subscribe page in Leones (NLe). Plans are paid in advance. Payments are manual through Orange Money, Afrimoney or Wave: follow our current payment instructions and submit the correct transaction reference. Your payment stays pending until our team confirms it and activates the plan for the confirmed period. Do not share your mobile money PIN or password with us.
Refunds are not automatic. We consider refund requests at our discretion, subject to any rights you have under applicable law. Contact contact@wushinvestment.com with your payment reference and the reason for your request. A subscription does not guarantee a contract, a successful bid or any particular number of suitable tenders.
4. Acceptable use
Do not post fake, misleading, unlawful or unauthorised tenders; impersonate a buyer; upload harmful files; or use WushBids for fraud, harassment or spam. Use buyer and supplier contact details only for genuine, relevant business enquiries, not unsolicited marketing or resale. Only upload documents you have permission to share. Do not share your account with other businesses, bypass access limits, or copy and republish our tender collection without written permission.
5. Buyer verification and listings
We may ask buyers to provide evidence of their organisation and authority to post. Buyer registrations and submitted tenders are subject to review before approval. A verification badge reflects our checks; it is not a guarantee of a buyer, a listing, payment or a contract. Buyers remain responsible for accurate information and prompt corrections. We may refuse, correct or remove listings, or restrict accounts, where information cannot be verified or these terms are breached.
6. AI features and alerts
AI auto-fill, summaries, checklists and assistant answers are guides only. They can be incomplete or incorrect and do not replace the original tender documents or professional advice. Review all AI-filled fields before submitting. You remain responsible for every requirement in your bid. Email and WhatsApp alerts are helpful reminders, not a guaranteed delivery service; monitor deadlines yourself.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, WushBids and Wush Investment Company Limited are not liable for errors or omissions in tender information or AI output, missed notices or deadlines, service interruptions, unsuccessful bids, or losses arising from relying on listings or alerts. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Privacy, changes and governing law
Our Privacy policy explains how we use your personal information. We may update these terms and will show the latest revision date here. The laws of Sierra Leone govern these terms. Please contact us first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it; unresolved disputes are subject to the courts of Sierra Leone, without limiting mandatory rights under applicable law.
